Our transport galleries are large, and home to some enormous vehicles. It can be daunting to try and see them all! Take this tour designed for younger children with one of our friendly guides, to help your learners explore a range of transport and travel-related ideas. We talk about tickets, different classes of travel and how this might impact your surroundings, vehicles with lots of wheels - and some with none at all! Your guide will discuss how different machines run, what fuels we might use, and help your class compare the transport in the past to what we use today. With the opportunity to get up close and board a range of vehicles, this structured tour will help you navigate the key areas of the Transport galleries. You are welcome to explore the rest at your leisure after the tour.
